Sol Roche Geotechnical Consultancy Corporation was founded by foreign and Filipino nationals. The diversity, not only in nationalities but also in knowledge and experience, was the key for the group to safely and successfully complete various Geotechnical projects they worked on together (500+ boreholes and CPT holes completed in 10 projects) from their previous employer and current ongoing projects. Their continued drive for success in the field of Geotechnical Engineering here in the Philippines led to the partnership that created SRGEC, with the common goal of providing quality Geotechnical, Geophysical, and Geological services at part with international and established local companies.

Vision
“No job that can’t be done” this is the core value of Sol Roche Geotechnical Consultancy Corporation. The name Sol-Roche, Soil and Rock in French, was chosen as the name of the business as this represents the basic element of the industry it is catering to. The name, complemented by the company motto, means there is no geotechnical challenge SRGEC cannot accomplish. This belief was borne from the collective experiences of the key personnel of the business, who already has experience working in various environmental conditions whether offshore, nearshore or in land.
With the booming construction business in the Philippines, and numerous infrastructure projects of both the government and the private sector, SRGEC aims to be in the forefront of the ever expanding Geotechnical and Geological services industry in the country.

To provide quality Geotechnical services, following established international standards and using modern equipment.
To provide quality Geophysical and Geotechnical testing and survey techniques such as PS-Suspension & Cone Penetration Test (CPT)
To provide quality drilling and undisturbed sampling for onshore nearshore site investigation with heavy equipment providing safe and competent working platform.
To help promote the importance of Geotechnical and Geological studies prior to any groundworks or constructions projects in the country as indicated in the National Building Code of the Philippines.
